Guarantor form (PDF)
The Guarantor Form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian of each resident who has requested to have an individual lease.

Security deposit refund form (PDF)
Before moving, all residents need to complete and return the Security Deposit Refund Form to provide BCR Property Management with processing instructions and a forwarding address so that we can mail your refund check to your new home.

Debit Authorization Form (PDF)
Complete and return this form to initiate one-time or monthly recurring debit payments. Please allow three business days for processing your initial debit payment.

Sublet agreement (PDF)
Residents who are planning to sublet their unit or any rooms in the residence need to complete and return the Sublet Agreement to BCR Property Management.   All residents, the sublet, and a representative for BCR Property Management must sign and approve the form.
