Payment Options

Always include your rental address on or with your payment. Payment options include:

personal check
money order
cashier's check
online with a MasterCard or Visa
direct debit for recurring or one-time payments (allow three business days for processing your intital debit payment)
for your protection and ours, cash is not an acceptable form of payment

For after-hours payments:

In the Blacksburg Office - use the night drop slot in the back door located at the rear of the office on the deck
In the Radford Office - use the night drop slot located in the side door facing Madison Street

To make an online payment, please complete the following form. An internet convenience fee of 4.25% of your payment amount will be charged for each online payment.
